- Does not close the software-runtime or AI-agent questions. Those are other pulses.

Hashes the running files each epoch. Notice, not a sixth class.

- Closes the Runtime Gap: the check is on what is running now, not only what was signed at build.
- Also answers Circular Trust in part: the pulse hashes its own files. A change shows up as hash drift.
- A miss is a tamper notice. It does not certify or de-certify an epoch by itself.

- Closes the AI Verification Gap when the slot is enrolled: credentials, model hash, and scope.
- Not a pre-condition for closing an epoch. Not a sixth accept class.
- Where enrolled, it requires Hardware and Software pulses healthy. An agent on a dead room or drifted code is treated as suspect.
